Narasimha Rao Nedunuri
Managing Director & CEO | Co-Founder, Clonova Bio
Narasimha Rao Nedunuri is one of the founding members of CLONOVA BIO, bringing together a deep passion for science, strategic vision, and extensive experience in proteomics and biotherapeutic development. His leadership drives the company’s mission to develop affordable, high-quality biologics that advance global healthcare.
With a strong research background in cancer biology from the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Narasimha transitioned into industry roles where he contributed as a Product Manager for the Indian subsidiary of a leading U.S.-based multinational and later as Group Leader – Proteomics & Genomics at a reputed Contract Research Organization (CRO).
In his previous entrepreneurial venture, he successfully led the establishment of a state-of-the-art cGMP biologics facility and spearheaded the development of a biosimilar monoclonal antibody pipeline.
Beyond his corporate roles, Narasimha is actively engaged in nurturing innovation as a mentor at biotech incubation centres and serves on various scientific committees across India.

Muralidhar Reddy Mamilla
Chief Operating Officer (COO) | Co-Founder, Clonova Bio
Muralidhar Reddy Mamilla is one of the founding members of Clonova Bio, bringing extensive experience in the development of biosimilar monoclonal antibodies, a core strength that underpins the company’s scientific and operational capabilities.
He plays a pivotal role in coordinating Clonova’s product development programs, ensuring seamless integration across research, process development, and commercialization functions.
Muralidhar was part of the pioneering team at a reputed pharmaceutical company involved in the development of the world’s first therapeutic biosimilar monoclonal antibody—an achievement that set a global benchmark in biopharmaceutical innovation. His expertise has since guided multiple biotech organizations in accelerating their biosimilar development pipelines.
Known for his innovative mindset and commercially driven approach, Muralidhar continues to be a driving force behind Clonova’s growth and success.

Vijay Babu Garlapalli
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Co-Founder, Clonova Bio
Dr. Vijay Babu Garlapalli is one of the founding members of Clonova Bio and serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. With over two decades of industrial experience in cell culture and fermentation, particularly in the upstream development of mammalian cell lines for biotherapeutics, he brings exceptional scientific and strategic expertise to the organization.
Before co-founding Clonova, Vijay held key roles at a leading global pharmaceutical company, where he contributed significantly to the development of biosimilar monoclonal antibodies and other therapeutic biologics. His deep understanding of cell culture processes, bioreactor operations, and upstream optimization has been instrumental in advancing multiple biosimilar programs.
At Clonova, Vijay leads the company’s technology strategy and innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment between R&D, product development, and manufacturing objectives. He drives the adoption of emerging bioprocessing technologies to enhance scalability, efficiency, and product quality across Clonova’s operations.

Dr. Sreenivasu Karra
Head of R&D | Co-Founder, Clonova Bio
Dr. Sreenivasu Karra is one of the key founding members of Clonova Bio, bringing over 25 years of industry experience in molecular biology, with a strong focus on cloning and expression of recombinant therapeutics.
He has conducted extensive research at leading institutions, including postdoctoral work at the University of Maryland Cancer Center and The Cancer Institute of New Jersey (USA). His academic contributions include nine publications in international journals and two patents, underscoring his scientific expertise.
Dr. Karra’s leadership in biosimilar development across reputed biotech and pharmaceutical companies has been instrumental in shaping Clonova’s robust and innovative product pipeline.
